Made-to-Order Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Every Loise Bed is made-to-order, uniquely tailored to your chosen size, style, fabric, and storage configuration. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:<\/p>\n

      Mattress Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n

      For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned<\/strong> once their original packaging is opened. Please ensure you have received the correct size and model before unwrapping.<\/p>\n

        Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 working days<\/strong> to reflect in your account.<\/p>\n
