Returns & Refunds Policy – Loise Beds

At Loise Beds, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We take pride in crafting each bed with precision and care to ensure it meets your exact needs — because your comfort matters.

Made-to-Order Products

Every Loise Bed is made-to-order, uniquely tailored to your chosen size, style, fabric, and storage configuration. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The item is faulty, or

  • You’ve received the incorrect product.

If There’s an Issue

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service Team within 7 days of delivery. You can reach us at [insert your contact number or email]. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of the damage or concern.

Returns Process

If a return is approved:

  • Our team will arrange collection based on your location and our delivery schedule.

  • Items should be kept in the condition received. Disassembly is not required, but adequate care must be taken.

  • Returns not properly packaged, resulting in damage during transit, may incur a deduction to cover losses.

Mattress Returns

For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once their original packaging is opened. Please ensure you have received the correct size and model before unwrapping.

Order Cancellations

  • Full refund available if the order is cancelled before production begins.

  • If your order has entered production, a 50% cancellation fee will apply to cover materials and labour already committed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in your account.

Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable during the agreed delivery window, a £75 re-delivery charge may apply. Re-delivery is subject to our route planning and availability in your area.
